About CSG Inc.

Company Culture

We believe that our people set us apart. We work hard, but we also know how to have fun. Here are just a few of the ways we celebrate our diverse and unique culture:

  • "Seattle Business 100 Best Companies to Work For": CSG has been listed in the 2006, 2007, and 2009 as one of the 100 best companies to work for by Seattle Business magazine.
  • Fish Philosophy: Play, Make Their Day, Be There, Choose Your Attitude. These principles guide our daily approach to our work. The Great Huddle>: Each week Jay Leon, CEO and organization leaders report on the state of our business, recognize people for their wins, and talk straight about our ups and downs.
  • From the Desk of Jay Leon: Periodically, Jay Leon posts updates about our business, our employees or words of advice up on our internal wiki page for all employees to read.
  • BBQs, Pizza & Parties: Whether it's an impromptu barbeque in our parking lot, pizza lunches, or one of our famous CSG parties, we place great value in recognizing our company, team and individual accomplishments.
  • MVP Awards: Each month top performing Business Partner Experts are nominated and voted on by their peers to receive this prestigious honor. The winners receive a generous award and lots of kudos.
  • Peer Recognition Cards: Peers can write these simple cards recognizing coworker talents and unique contributions. After employees receive ten recognition cards for a job well done, then employees trade them in for a pair of movie tickets and a free lunch drawing.

  • Values Team: The team is comprised of several employees throughout the company that help create and boost positive company morale. The team plans company events, manages MVP and Kudos Awards, plans monthly birthday celebrations, monthly themed events and more.
  • Monthly All Hands Meetings: Monthly all employee meetings are lead by Jay Leon, CEO in all of our locations. He discusses with all employees where we are and where we are headed and then he opens the meeting for Q&A.
  • Talk Time: Each quarter a company newsletter is produced that highlights company and employee achievements. Employees are encouraged to participate by writing short bios and fun articles for the company to enjoy.
