Compensation
All BLUEROADS employees receive a base salary, stock options and a benefits package that includes insurance for medical/dental/vision/life, short term and long term disability, fifteen (15) days PTO (paid time off), two (2) floating paid days off, and ten (10) paid holidays per year.
