Implementation and Consulting Services

- Implementation: The Implementation package includes the Process Alignment Workshop, configuration of your BlueRoads system, and training, all customized for your business.
- Ad hoc consulting: BlueRoads offers an array of consulting services to help you understand and implement new features; make changes to your customizations; perform other administration or system management functions; or help with the organization of your organization structure.
- Training: We can provide customized training to meet your organization’s needs, as well as offering classroom and on-line training; please see our web site (http://www.blueroads.com/services/training.html) for more details and class schedules.
- Technical Account Manager: For customers who desire a single point of contact for escalations, assistance and advice with coordinating upgrades, and a name customer champion to understand and represent account-specific needs on the BlueRoads product roadmap.
