BLUEROADS Appoints New Vice President of Product Management

On-Demand Channel Management Leader Strengthens Management Team with Addition of Software Industry Veteran

SAN MATEO, Calif. - February 7, 2005 - BLUEROADS Corporation, an on-demand channel management software company, today announced that Paul Nagy has joined the company as vice president of product management. Nagy brings over 10 years of industry expertise to BLUEROADS' management team. His addition further bolsters the company's ability to increase revenue and market share for customers by making the channel as powerful as a direct sales force.

"Paul's extensive experience and expertise in enterprise software will further enable BLUEROADS to meet customer needs by delivering the industry's most complete channel management solution," said Axel Schultze, president and CEO, BLUEROADS. "As BLUEROADS continues to gain momentum and mindshare in the rapidly growing channel management market, Paul will play an integral role in the company's success."

The new addition to the executive team comes at a time when BLUEROADS is experiencing tremendous growth, which is being driven by its Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. The company recently announced record momentum for 2004, having grown sales revenue by 300% as compared with 2003. The company also doubled the size of its customer roster, and in response, tripled its headcount to meet the growing demand for its channel management solutions.

Most recently, Nagy was the vice president of product management for Metreo, where he helped deliver price management solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Previous to that, Nagy held senior management positions at Selectica, including vice president of product management. During his tenure at Selectica, Nagy was responsible for expanding the company's product offering from a single product for sales to over 10 platform products, helping the company quickly become one of the industry's leading interactive selling systems suite. While at Selectica, Nagy led product and marketing efforts as the company grew from an 18-person start-up to a publicly traded company with over 700 employees and over 85 customers.

"I'm very excited to join a company that's quickly emerging as the clear leader in its market," said Paul Nagy, the new vice president of product management. "Many companies struggle to effectively manage their channel business, and BLUEROADS has been very successful in helping companies turn the complexity of the channel into a competitive weapon. The company is ideally positioned to address the market needs of enterprises seeking to increase channel revenue, and I look forward to helping them continue to provide innovative channel management solutions."
